What should customer prepare at the pre-print stage ?
The artwork file in Adobe Illustrator (AI) and/or Photoshop (PS) format, PDF File will be accepted only in case-by-case basis.

How long does it takes for delivery lead-time ?
Normally 1-3 weeks for repeat order (depends on ordering amount). For new order 1-4 weeks after customer approved artwork layout and agreed with the payment term.
