We offer multiple shipping options to suit different budgets and timelines:

  • Sea freight -- The most cost-effective option for large-volume shipments. Available as full container load (FCL) or less-than-container load (LCL). Typical transit times range from 5 to 30 days depending on the destination.
  • Air freight -- Faster delivery for urgent or time-sensitive shipments. Typical transit times of 3 to 7 days to most international destinations.
  • Land transport -- Available for deliveries within Thailand and to neighboring countries (Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia) via truck.
  • Courier services -- For small sample shipments or urgent document delivery via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or TNT.

Our logistics team will recommend the most appropriate shipping method based on your order volume, destination, timeline, and budget. We work with established freight forwarders and shipping lines to ensure reliable, competitive rates.

Yes. Our export team is experienced in preparing all necessary customs and trade documentation for international shipments, including:

  • Commercial invoice and packing list.
  • Bill of lading (B/L) or air waybill (AWB).
  • Certificate of origin (Form D for ASEAN, Form E for China-ASEAN, and other applicable preferential certificates).
  • Phytosanitary certificates (where required for wood-based packaging materials).
  • Material safety data sheets (MSDS) for ink and chemical-related documentation.
  • Certificates of analysis (COA) and compliance documentation.
  • Any additional documentation required by the destination country's customs authorities.

We ensure that all documentation is prepared accurately and in a timely manner to prevent delays at customs. If you have specific documentation requirements, please inform your account manager at the time of order placement.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination, shipping method, and any customs clearance processes. As a general guide:

  • Domestic (Thailand): 1 to 3 business days by truck.
  • Southeast Asia (sea freight): 5 to 10 days.
  • East Asia (sea freight): 7 to 14 days.
  • South Asia and Middle East (sea freight): 14 to 21 days.
  • Europe, Africa, Oceania (sea freight): 21 to 35 days.
  • Air freight (most destinations): 3 to 7 days.

These are approximate transit times and do not include customs clearance at the destination, which may add 2 to 5 additional business days. Your account manager will provide a more precise delivery estimate when you place your order.

We take great care in packaging our products for export to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Our standard export packaging includes:

  • Labels (rolls): Individually wrapped in PE film, packed in sturdy corrugated cartons, and palletized with stretch wrap and corner protectors.
  • Labels (sheets): Packed flat in corrugated cartons with interleaving sheets to prevent scratching, then palletized.
  • Flexible packaging: Packed in cartons with moisture barrier bags (where required), palletized with stretch wrap, and clearly labeled with handling instructions.

All pallets are constructed using ISPM-15 compliant heat-treated wood or plastic pallets for international shipment. Cartons are clearly labeled with order details, handling symbols (e.g., "This Side Up," "Keep Dry"), and barcoded for traceability. We can also accommodate custom packaging specifications if you have specific requirements for your warehouse or production line.

Yes. For domestic orders within Thailand, we provide door-to-door delivery directly to your warehouse or production facility using our own fleet or trusted transport partners. For international orders, we can arrange delivery to your specified warehouse, port, or facility depending on the agreed Incoterms. Under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, we handle all logistics including customs clearance and delivery to your designated address. Under other terms such as FOB or CIF, the buyer typically arranges inland transport from the destination port. Please discuss your preferred delivery arrangement with your account manager and we will tailor the logistics accordingly.

Yes. We offer flexible Incoterms to suit your business requirements. The most commonly used terms include:

  • EXW (Ex Works) -- Goods are made available at our factory. The buyer is responsible for all transport and costs from that point.
  • FOB (Free On Board) -- We deliver the goods to the port of shipment and load them onto the vessel. The buyer assumes risk and cost from that point onward.
  • CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) -- We arrange and pay for freight and insurance to the destination port. The buyer handles customs clearance and inland transport at the destination.
  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) -- We handle the entire logistics chain including freight, insurance, customs clearance, and duties, delivering the goods to your specified address.

Other Incoterms such as CFR, CPT, CIP, DAP, and DPU are also available upon request. The applicable Incoterm will be clearly stated on the quotation and commercial invoice.

Import duties and taxes depend on the destination country, the HS (Harmonized System) code classification of the products, and any applicable trade agreements. Key points to be aware of:

  • ASEAN Free Trade Area (AFTA): Products shipped to ASEAN member countries may qualify for reduced or zero tariffs under the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA), provided the correct certificate of origin (Form D) is issued.
  • Other free trade agreements: Thailand has bilateral and multilateral trade agreements with several countries and regions (e.g., China-ASEAN FTA, Thailand-Australia FTA, Japan-Thailand EPA) that may provide preferential duty rates.
  • Standard duty rates: For countries without preferential trade agreements, standard MFN (Most Favoured Nation) duty rates apply. These vary by product type and destination.

Under FOB and CIF terms, import duties are the buyer's responsibility. Under DDP terms, SYSCON will include duties in the delivered price. Our export team can assist with HS code classification and provide guidance on applicable duty rates and preferential certificates of origin. We recommend consulting with your local customs broker for precise duty calculations for your specific market.
